Highly concentrated PRP with the body's own exosomes from blood platelets
ACP Max produces a highly concentrated platelet solution from the patient's own blood with up to a 12-fold platelet concentration compared to baseline and significantly reduces neutrophils by up to 98.9%.8,9,10 Recent developments in this field have shown that highly concentrated autologous conditioned plasma formulations contain platelet-derived exosomes in addition to the increased concentrations of platelets and growth factors.11 Exosomes can be described as "carriers" for various anabolic factors and cellular signals that allow the contents of the exosomes to be taken up by the cells they encounter.12 These signals help promote cellular health through nucleotides that control cellular protein synthesis.13 Initial clinical work shows that platelet-derived exosomes contained in highly concentrated autologous conditioned plasma can improve healing of skin wounds, muscle defects and aesthetic applications.15,16,17 ACP Max facilitates the efficient collection and concentration of platelets and other regenerative properties to support the patient's natural healing process.
